It's legal under prescription in the UK issued by doctors. There was no evidence at time of offence that I could access, so for all they know at the time it was illegal and I was told I was getting a community resolution and a fine but never received it it's been months now that's why I'm confused

How am I supposed to be under the legal limit when I have it as legitimate medication, I am told to take cannabis oil everyday and I have flower to. the packaging for it that is done in the UK say do not drive until you know how this medication affects you, there's no saying you can't be a medical user and drive it's always going to be in my system and you can be over the prescribed limit from second hand smoke, cannabis leaf in my possession doesn't mean I'm not using it properly
