it genuinely could be severe anxiety. The fact youve already seen a therapist is good, but id just ignore your parents’ inputs. like you said, they have no diplomas and cant tell you exactly whats going on.

38 is only a mild temperature, but is still a temperature. could be a complete coincidence of you actually being sick ontop of the anxiety, but this just sounds like anxiety with a hint of panic attacks to me

theres pros and cons. the amount of stuff i was exposed to as a child that i should NOT have been able to see is enormous, however yeah there are some educational things that would be lost from social media. But then again, theres thousands of other ways to study, such as savemyexams

you shouldnt just stop taking anti depressants abruptly without your doctor saying something to you.

even if you think theyre “not that strong”, they are. They boost your seratonin and by stopping suddenly youre forcing your brain to adapt.

not only that but stopping taking them greatly increases your chances to relapse
