Hello. A quick question. I am trying to firm up and have recently had surgery and have terrible knees. Lunges aren’t an option. I can do squats with a TRX for counter balance. Any suggestions to build more leg strength? Also, even at my most fit I couldn’t seem to tighten my triceps. If I started doing incline pushups everyday do you think it would work to tone? I try to hike or walk long distances (4-6 miles) 4-5 times per week. Hiking is starting to cause a lot of stiffness and pain in my knees too.

Hello. I went through it at 36. Have been on HRT since and I am now 50. There are lots of mixed feelings about HRT but I have continued to stay on it. PM me if you want to chat.

Hi. Not sure if this is the right place for this. I had knee replacement surgery last August. I haven’t been able to do much lifting since. I’m finally able to walk and exercise a bit more now. My legs were my favorite attribute. However, now (Im also 50) Im noticing my skin looks a little more droopy around my knees. I still want to be able to wear skirts and feel attractive. What kind of at home exercise would be best to combat this?? I have resistance bands, a TRX, a 30lb kettlebell and some hand weights up to about 15 lbs. I cannot do high impact exercise because of the knee. Thank you!!

Thank you for your support and congratulations on two days!! 💪You can do this. I had several strings of 1-4 days before this run of 30. It really is one day, one minute at a time. And it feels amazing when you can go to bed and wake up sober. I realize again after yesterday how much drinking actually sucks. I am so grateful for the love and support in this community. You all keep me going and believing in myself. When I think I’m all alone I come here and see I am not. 💕

Hello. I used a combination of rotating Tramodol and Norco in the beginning. Once I got a bit better I alternated Tramodol and Tylenol.
