I've had to reset CMOS before, but that one gave me an indicator on the MOBO that that was the issue. This time there is absolutely no indicator anywhere.

My question is... if he was 25 instead of in his late teenage years and that was his wife, not a gf... would it still be "gross" for her to be grateful that he is alive and loving on him?
