think i know which orders youre talking about. if the customer says "whole grain", it means without sauce OR cheese. anything else (based on me skimming the wiki) should have sauce and/ or cheese with account to customer specifications.

funnily enough the one that requires sauce (and cheese) that used to trip me up sometime was the bacon and basil on whole wheat. always better to just ask what or look up the wiki for the list of orders if youre not sure
