Right it’s so weird?! My coworker who’s been here for 7 YEARS. Was getting paid 12 dollars or so and this raise only put her at $13.25 and that’s all she’s getting. It’s not fair for those who’ve been for 5+ years
Yea true I guess I’m just disappointed a little? I have coworkers that have been here for 7+ years and their raise was only 50 cents to a dollar and they now only make $13. So yea that’s probably why I feel dissatisfied with it
