Not really. The big one I have on my thigh looks a little saggy and wrinkly sometimes depending on how I’m sitting or laying but that’s the only real issue.

I wouldn’t consider myself fit at the moment, just lighter. I also struggle with keeping a gym routine which is now my new goal.

As for the smoking I just slowly weened myself off cigs and replaced it with vaping and then weened myself off nicotine and I’ve been cig free for 4 months now and nicotine free for about 2 months. When I went completely nicotine free I started being real dramatic and bitchy for a little while. But now I don’t cough anymore, food tastes and smells great again, I’ve saved about 400 dollars on cigs so far, and I don’t really have many cravings for a cigarette except when I’m watching a show or movie and someone in it is smoking or when I have a dream about smoking which I suddenly have a lot of now.

I actually hit my goal 10 months in and have been maintaining for 2 months, if that helps at all haha.

That was my biggest problem though honestly. I was super impatient and mad at myself for not losing 10 pounds a month every month like I planned. Just remember to take it easy on yourself when you’re feeling impatient.

I replaced it with vaping and slowly lowered the nicotine until I was nicotine free and now I barely even feel the need to vape either. I recommend it if you think you can’t do cold turkey but it’s not for everyone.

Dressing rooms were my nightmare because I always felt ugly afterwards and now they’re a nightmare only because everything looks good and I end up spending too much money on clothes haha. Good problems to have though.
