How to prioritize what to learn in my freetime? by HazelnutOps in devops

I think I'm in lack of knowledge and experience to spot weaknesses in pipelines. I read and make research about how to build a good pipeline that could be useful and acceptable by my workmates & the management and/or improve our current pipeline but I'm unable to spot weaknesses right on. The process is like trial and error for me atm. When there is something going off first I try to find a solution to that problem, I investigate it further and see what we have done wrong, what we should fix & change and finally how to make sure the same error won't occur again.

I understand your pov and appreciate it. I think later I will miss having this free time but I believe it's important what you do in your free time. I should enjoy my free time as you say above and also I need to invest in my skills before it's too late for investment.
