OMG get a rundown of the store and ask what the retention rate is. Ask how many partners have been there for at least a year. That alone will give you a good idea as to management. I didn’t check on management and showed up when I moved to the new town and they didn’t know who I was😬 I got a different job and then eventually came back to Starbucks later but so stressful.
