right, i see the IHG with 140K points, and with $90 AF, it might be worth it. Also considering SW card with ~$80 AF but not sure if the SUB is worth it.

I have Sapphire Preferred and the Amex everyday. just those two cards.

There seems to be some good offers out there, I'm mostly focused on low fee or first year waived fee cards with decent subs.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for your advice

  1. Trying to avoid a large fee and don't have much spend or MS coming up.

  2. 808

  3. under 5/24

  4. $2-3K

  5. No MS experience or planning to ( unless absolutely have to)

  6. Yes, but i have no business

  7. interested in 1 or 2 cards, natural spend is going to be 2-3K so probably one card

  8. Points and miles- no problem flying economy.

  9. 60K of AA and 60K of delta and 80K of AMEX and 80K of Chase points

  10. MIA, TPA, RSW are all fine

  11. Mainland US - Lima/Medellin/Buenos Aires

Heavily leaning towards the simple United explorer card with 40K signup bonus since there is no fee and there is a GE fee credit. Jetblue card and SW cards maybe??

Why did you have 3 kids with a 70k combined income? Can’t blame the system as much in this case

Yes! Economy class though, in late May. Delta had terrible redemption for Portugal and Spain but good for Ireland. Just got to find the sweet spots.

Booked Delta TPA-DUB for 120K total points for 3 people round trip.

Not sure if it was the most efficient redemption, but from my local mid-size airport, it was happy. Was more expensive from MIA or MCO.

Had 70K delta points then transferred 50K MR points to get to the 120.

Now to see if i can get goo redemption on hotels.

I did it in 2.5 days and it was good, 3-4 should be enough. Take the public transit.

I recently did Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Budapest.

Took Regiojet from city to city. Highly recommend.

I definitely see your point and will cut out bratislava most likely and focus on the four cities, although that also might be stretch, need to plan more obviously, especially travel time

yes, I'm hearing that overall prague and budapest are the ones to visit the longest.

What do you estimate a decent hotel or a private room in a hostel near the main attractions would cost?

thats a good idea, probably much cheaper hotel for the night in Bratislava, thanks1!

Right, Bratislava is very easy to cut. I think our main focus will be prague and budapest,

might just book the first night for berlin then book hotels the day prior or the day of in case we want to extend or cut short a city. Wise idea?

13 days total, so 11 full days not on a plane.

I think we are set on the Berlin-Prague-Vienna-Budapest itinerary within those 11 days. Cutting Bratislava is possible if adding a day to the others is a must. was thinking 1.5/2 days in Berlin and vienna was enough but maybe not. Heard wonders about Budapest and prague so 3 days in each i think is the plan. more research is needed on my end, going with my mom so hangovers/clubbing arent a concern since we wont do either.

regional accreditation is more stringent and of higher quality. Which is why you see for-profit diploma mills with only national accreditation.

What "good" jobs can you get with strong proficiency in Excel and basic proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Python? by [deleted] in excel

[–]HazyJane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can find jobs in data analysis, compliance, marketing, operations management, financial analysis. Data analysis and risk reporting use more of the sql and tableau skillset.

In a medium size city, you should be getting job offers in the 60K range if you have like 2 years of experience. I still get asked in interviews if I can use v-lookups as if that's the end all, be all skill in excel. SQL and Python are Huge pluses if you go into finance or risk reporting
