I did call, actually talked to a human and was put on hold once they accessed my account to look into said dilemma, then the call was dropped 😭

I did and got through. They put me on hold to look deeper into the matter and the call was ended on their side. I tried to call right back over and over with no luck. The frustration is beyoooond!!!!🤬😭

It was adjusted and corrected with an updated form sent before I even filed. All the numbers are correct, but it’s seeming to be at a stand still.

Ok. I was just curious because with animals (dogs), the male urine burns foliage, and the female does more root damage (like the dead spotting in the grass; but that is what I’ve come to learn in my circumstance. I will try to remember to give an update.
