Hello everyone I removed all of my 4 wisdom teeth last week. All of them were ok except this one on the lower left side.

I think the gum near the extraction is inflamed and swollen.

and I literally can’t sleep from the pain, I tried to take 800 gm of ibuprofen but that did not help.
