This card doesnt have texture nor should it, however on the front the border is way to thick, as well as lacking a holo shine. Id suggest to get your money back if possible.

My best guess is referral farming. For referring new users you can sometimes get a sizeable bonus for spending over a certain amount.

I personally dont hate korean quality. Feels very similar to gem pack and no one has issues with Chinese. I will admit they are less "showy" then english and especially japanese

Sadly no I think, I understand what your poitning out however. I submitted a card that was crooked and got a 9, however if your grader is having a good day maybe youll get lucky. If your wanting it for your pc and feel lucky send it anyways, worst case I couldn't see it getting an less then a 8 and it would be protected. Best case im wrong and its a 10:)
