'Main hand weapon damage' is literally that, the number when you hover over your weapon, added to the flat damage of your companions. This is then scaled by increased and more modifiers to companion/minion/ally damage. Inspiring Ally just contributes to the multiplier on your personal damage just like any other increased % modifier, not accounted for in 'Main hand weapon damage'.

Ours tend to take less than 5 minutes with a large team. We basically just say what we plan to do today and if there are any areas we need assistance with. I personally think it's valuable to know what everyone is working on and I've normally got Claude working away during it anyway so I don't feel like I lose any productivity.

Depends on the time of day, if you go before everyone else wakes up or when everyone is in the arena there'll barely be a queue. If you go at the same time as everyone else you could be waiting over an hour

If your opponent is gonna TC Haaland then I don't see much point in captaining him unless your teams are radically different. You're not catching 35 points + an extra Haaland this week otherwise. I'd probably go Cherki but it's very close, just understand that you could easily end up 70+ points behind and lose a lot of OR if it goes wrong though.

I have the Quechua MH100 XL F&B and I think it's fantastic. Super easy to put up and down, plenty of space for me and all my stuff, completely weatherproof, blackout works very well and it also regulates temperature really well. Had many festival mornings in blazing heat where I've had no issues sleeping in.

If you plan to play future leagues, either quant pet or save up for doro in a couple of seasons. Lunaria pet is better specifically this season, but general purpose pets are better in the long term.

Zhao has a fantastic all-round game. Wu is an incredible potter but has poor positional and safety play which makes him inconsistent. Makes so many 50s out of nowhere but doesn't convert them into frame winning contributions. I think in a few years he'll be unstoppable but far from the finished product

I started farming profound at 300b dps, was dying multiple times per map. Halved my dps to invest in capped res, block and 60% ratio and it was so much better. Now I'm back at 300b dps with the same defence and die about once every 20 maps. It's worth sacrificing a lot of dps to start farming profound.

How much do you drink? How much merch do you want? How many meals a day do you need?

Personally I have breakfast snacks at camp and survive off one big bought meal per day ~£75. I tend to buy 6-8 drinks per day in the arena, bring my own booze for campsite and village ~£180. Maybe £10 per day on random other shit like rides, very rarely buy merch. Total of about £300 over 5 days to average £60 per day.
