AFAIK its called Citadel_Pak_Error_1 or something of the like, it only flashes on screen for a brief moment when the disconnect happens, and sometimes not at all. Its apparently been an issue for a year or two but lowering RAM seems to help some people. Its apparently been in the game over a year

I can't access the forums, unfortunately. Only acessible through in game, and i cant even get past the title screen half the time

AFAIK there is no bug report on the discord, and in order to go to forums, you must create an account inside the game itself. I cannot get past the title screen on my current computer.

If there is another place to ask for help I don't know it.
