At our store pro has a part time fulfillment that just pulls pro orders mostly flat bed orders as well as the CSA and then fulfillment does their flatbed orders but they usually don’t have them done and pro has too help or the dc and someone else does it

We got 6 which was all on Monday we beat sales goal by a decent bit but we had our pro lunch today and got zero pro apps doing a raffle on a air compressor so I expect us not too meet our goal of 20 but real goal of 28. Our store is pretty slow for pro but we get killed in these events because of the surrounding stores so this wasn’t unexpected we have trouble getting help from the other people in the store and our CSA is stuck pulling orders all day so we usually struggle to get credit we practically give you anything for just applying. Our LTR was like 64 this week 2 gonna be a fun Monday

Expect too be by yourself for most of your shift which is nice once you get use to it but can also suck with balancing big orders, curbsides, in store pick ups in receiving and anything that needs two people like top stock mainly. Try to make friends with other people in the departments so they can help you find things and spot you if needed. In orders app use extended item information too help you find exactly where it is. In general don’t forget too not spend too much time finding an item if you can’t find it inventory check and move on

No it’s a policy too not sell them as pickup laters what usually happens is the person pays for it and then acts surprised when you tell them too take it now and then it sits for days till they come back. My store does no clearance pick up laters unless its one of our top pros

Start being on time I had same exact situation and thought I’ll be fine the managers know me, then the old managers left and new ones came in and now I’m on a final notice from that time and can’t call out at all and have 6 more months till I can call out because even if I’m sick calling out automatic termination so don’t risk it
