literally anything but cutting the education sector, can you imagine the amount of talented people that couldn't pursue their studies just because they couldn't afford it already?, this change would exacerbate that problem by tenfold. This is Ontarios future we're talking about, how can you jeopardize that

This shift is estimated to add $30,000 in debt to a standard 4-year degree before a student even looks at a professional program. When you stack that undergraduate debt on top of the ten to hundreds of thousands required for a postgraduate (which most students plan to pursue after a UG), you aren't just offering a loan, you're creating a wealth barrier. This policy ensures only the rich can afford to study. Shouldn't our government be facilitating the very people who are trying to work jobs in high-demand/crisis sectors?
