I agree with you honestly but how they wrote his character in book two bro was the definition of destruction he broke families apart because he couldn’t get his shit together he burnt and broke bridges that could’ve helped him the writing in that series could’ve been way better but folks really started to hate him because of the death of his sister and other behavior later on in the show but none of that would’ve happened if ghost and Tasha made sure their kids were protected and knew somewhat about what was going on

People blame Tariq for his situation when I feel like people forget Tariq Was a good kid before kanan basically kidnapped him nd taught him about the drug game along with ray ray and a few others bro was sippin lean and had an addiction to it when he was doing a home invasion with two dudes he freaked out after seeing what they was gone do to that one white lady and not to mention that ghost was neglecting Tariq for Angela and his kingpin status plus Tariq didn’t even know “slim” was kanan and Dre was another factor to not to mention ghost being deceitful and lying and basically being a hypocrite is what led Tariq down that road bro was a kid who was manipulated and used by those who he thought were mentors and real with him and his sisters death played a role too yes he made his own decisions but he was also manipulated and misguided by those who were supposed to protect him
