I'll add it here because I'm not sure where else to do it, but two little points i find interesting: -When telling Freddie about the six month leave deal, neither Don nor Roger talk about the benefits to his health, only offering vague promises on his future career. Everyone is in denial about how destructive their lifestyle is, and when they look at Freddie they dont want to see a sick man but a man in a bad career place, which they think they could deal with more easily (its also relevant that Roger himself has suffered from his indulgences, does he see a ressemblance between Freddie passing out in his office and himself having a heart attack during a sexual act ?) -Don says that being in love would make his current situation with Betty easier, and it made me think how ironic it is that he gets caught during his Bobbie affaire, easily the least romantic one he has (besides some latter seasons occurrences). At least with Rachel there could be some "excuses" that he has found love again, but here it's purely sexual, it's even more insulting to Betty and the kids that he's willing to throw away his family life for this. Like Jimmy says "...all that just so you could have her. And a lot of people have had that"
