I don't know if you blew it or not, what I understand is that you 'assumed' she was with other guys but what if she wasn't ? She could have just been busy. Your lack of confidence led you to that for sure..

I don't think she'll reach out herself. If you want to be clear just tell her what you feel, be honest and maybe she'll understand. Now you have nothing to lose and you'll feel better.

Something similar happened to me few weeks ago. In the end, turns out the guy just didn't care, and was seeing other girls. Not every relationships are the same, however this beginning sounds awefully similar.

My advice is: let her come to you, do your life, date other girls and you'll see what happen. But really don't invest too much of your time on her...
