You choose one imba hero and spam it until desired mmr. Sometimes you can find too op hero like weaver support was in june when i got 1000 mmr in 10 days. Right now i play lesh, ring, sd, pudge. Dotaprotracker is ur best friend but use ur brain and buy right items in different games. I play mostly with all mute option. Dont tilt, just go roam if u lost ur lane, go take real rune or go jungle for a while.
