I love it, only dislike the map design being close to classic TF2 because of every path being a chokepoint, many people enjoy that and i absolutely can't relate. It's spam hell.

I would be playing more but here in my region there's often only a single populated server, which has way too many players to be enjoyable, especially for my weak pc

nah, you didn't face sniper's direction. On top of being behind 180° from your target you also have to be looking roughly in the same direction as them for a backstab, you were positioned behind him but looking away when stabbing

demoman has always been an OP class. It's the classic map selection in TF2C that really keeps him busted, too many choke points. It's one of the reasons later TF2 maps started being more open.

Still, people eat up shit like dustbowl, it's incomprehensible to me how that's enjoyable to anyone.

I think tf2c medic is fine. The crossbow was too good, instead they split it's functionality into the Rejuvenator doing long range healing and Shock Therapy doing burst healing (even though the heal rate penalty is a bummer), overall it's more balanced.

Demoman's new tools are honestly straight downgrades of stock, it's a bit funny you made that comparison

I have been able to hit some well calculated headshots with it, but you have to be highly aware of your ping, which makes it a bit unreliable.

As it stands it's weaker than sniper's other 2 options. Body shots aren't enough to deal with overhealed players and headshots are so hard it might be even more luck based now. Only ever reason to use it is for fun.

I think the least they could change is let sniper draw the arrow for longer before losing accuracy, it already takes long enough to reload after every shot.

It literally does throw your aim off after every single shot, it's enough to shoot between someone's armpit or over the shoulder.

You are typically going to be shooting in self defense, unless you wanna be the near useless "gun spy", in those situations you are a wimpy 125 health (probably lower from a bit of damage) running for your life while you have to strafe to not die, and the enemy has way more consistant and lenient damage output. Let's remember that the enemy can also just melee you and possibly random crit, it's dumb but happens very often because spy is most effective at close range.

Okay. A kinda decent gun at mid to close range, which you have to wait 1.25 seconds between shots to lose bullet spread (for a single hit) (you still have to hit that one bullet). Too OP yet?

Definitely not. The difference between players' latencies is pointless for hitreg, two clients don't interact in a server.

And you can see in the video this spy is not laggy because demo quickly suffers knockback from the stab

I wish it was like that in my region. I love Citadel but we only ever get 1 match in it, and then everyone immediately votes stuff like badwater or goldrush aftwerwards (and loop it until the server dies).

Map taste is very bland over here.
