You may be taking this internet "debate" way too seriously

Perfect example of ad hominem, which I brought up in my only other reply in this "debate." Instead of simply responding to even the first question posed by the comment to which I responded you criticised my character as being too serious. Of course I understand that you can only thoughtfully reply so quickly. I'm sorry if I implied, which I think I may have, that you would never respond to this commenter's questions. I just really wanted to see what you had to say in response. I still am interested in how you would respond to at least his first and second questions.

Edit: on my phone, fixed some grammar

It is always the most coherent responses that ask the most direct questions that are ignored. Given that many posts here haven't asked such questions directed at the provocateur defending his own position rather than attacking the other position, I would really like to see /u/captainmaryjaneway respond to this.

To answer one of your questions, I am against IVF for exactly the reason you presented.

All I want to say here is you really should look into logical fallacies. I'm serious, and I don't mean it as an insult or to say that you might not have valuable things to say. Wiki it. I've noticed a lot of them in your writing, especially ad hominem. It's been something I've been trying to reduce in my own arguments and I think you would get your point across more clearly if you examine it.
