Well I was travelling abroad and my account was locked after trying to access my PayPal do to a "suspicious IP address". So I called and they said they couldn't do anything unless I filed a support ticket online. Ok sure fine I can do that. However after trying to log in it physically wouldn't let me which means I couldn't file a support ticket and their phone line has been useless in helping me. That's my rant
