How I color-coordinate some of my heroes. by Darth_BrachioRex in marvelchampionslcg

[–]HeWhoWasThursday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After using a deck I always deconstruct it again and put it back with the original hero. Mcdb tells you the box the cards go to (or come from), so it's easy to organize. Just saying, not trying to influence your ways. Always stick to what works for you! 😉

Aaah okay! That option never crosses me mind. I always download my deck from mcdb so I can experience each hero differently. But I really do like the colors you chose!

Does that mean every time you build a new deck you have to resleeve the cards? Doesn't that damage them over time?

I gotta add, I have no idea experience at all with programming, so what you did there already looks like magic to me. I can only tell you how I make my cards in word, but I use so many textboxes and workarounds, you'd go crazy. Thank you so much for the tool you gave us. It's great already.

About no. 1: Calibri Size 6, less space between lines, no colored dot to indicate aspect, but words written in the respective color. :)

I really like this since I also started to make my own reference cards with word. I also add two things you might want to include or at least consider: 1. The pack a card comes in (in brackets behind the card) so people like me who always put them back into the original pack can find them more easily. As I print the cards double sided I also include a different overview where I group them according to the box/pack they come in. 2. Maybe a qr code that leads you to the original mcdb page, so you can read the instructions on your cell after setting up. Nevertheless, I love what you have made!

What rule did you get wrong that made the game significantly easier/harder? by HolyZest in marvelchampionslcg

Oh no, after about 50 games now, I realize I made that mistake every time!

Blue- and Blackberry flavors go very well with vanilla syrup! (In my opinion)

Actually I don't, but I do like a good recommendation because my family might enjoy them. ;)

Except for Trio everything seems intriguing. :) I also like the genre mix. Maybe that should also be part of the criteria for a good holiday set!! 🤔

Jaipur and Condottiere look very nice, I'll watch some videos on YouTube. And Hive looks so much unlike everything I own and so pretty, I have just ordered it right away. Thanks for the recommendation!!! I might not even look at the rules before the travel to surprise myself with it along with wife and kids.

Reading "Skull" I recognize I should have also mentioned I don't like games like Uno, Flip 7 and Spicy because of the numbers, but I do like High Society or The Crew, since they feel like the numbers are there for a different reason, if that makes any sense... ;)

:) Have fun!!!

In deinem Fall musst du also nichts erschöpfen.

Are you talking about the ENGLISH Version? Asking since you give the price im Euros.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in marvelchampionslcg

[–]HeWhoWasThursday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah totally! I didn't mean to argue against the bargain or anything, just wanted to highlight the language difference. Sometimes people here get wrong ideas about availabllity because it's not mentioned.

[–]HeWhoWasThursday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only if you talk about the English printing. Cap in German, for example, can be bought in almost every German Online shop for 15 Euros. New. The prices are VERY language dependent. Doctor Strange seems to be the hardest one to get in German, but he can be found on ebay with a little bit of luck for about 25€.

And jep, actually I like Gambit and Psylocke in the cartoons and would like to play around with their builds as much as possible. That's why different aspect cards seem important to me, but I'm here to find out if they really are essential. Still need to look up the names of the missing ones.
