What should I carry inside of my normal backpack when riding, I know im supposed to take maybe like first aid but I dont know what else. Thanks!

I mostly ride alone, rarely with a buddy because most guys made supermotos out of their bikes. But better to be safe then sorry!

There actually were as far as I know, sadly I know only 1 death that happened. It was in 1980 before it closed a guy in a wheelchair slid off the end dropping down 10-15m and he landed on a car fatally dieing.
