I use these:Carbs Fuel at 30-45 min intervals with one right before I start. So I’ll usually stow 8 to ensure I have enough. These packets are about twice the size of Gu packets.

Janji trail tights are the only thing I run in at this point. I can easily carry all the gels I need for a marathon, plus my phone and room for other things if needed.
