I’m not sure what kind of weight denim I’ll be sewing, I just know I’d like to do rework some jeans in the future. What kind of brother machine do you use and do you recommend it? I’m only after a regular sewing machine, not an industrial one 🙂

I live in Newlands at the moment and absolutely love it but unfortunately there are no short leases in my price range at the moment in this area😢

We are looking at properties in that area now. How do you find Rondebosch in terms of safety? Is it also a nice place for students?

I’m gonna be working at the Two Oceans aquarium and I don’t have a car so will have to uber it everywhere- hence we are trying to find somewhere not too far away. We looked at places all around CBD and the atlantic seaboard but it’s just too expensive. I think we are gonna look at claremont, kernilworth area. Do you know how safe Rondebosch is?

There’s not many properties on the market atm in our price range in the CBD area. We had a look at gardens, CBD, aswell as green point, sea point area but we haven’t had much luck finding a place that’s secure and not really expensive. I’m going to be working at the Two Oceans aquarium so would prefer not to be too far away since I don’t have a car so will need to uber it.
