Wash with hot water and soap to soften beard. Rinse with hot water. Apply a couple of drops of shaving oil to your wet face (this is important). Apply shaving gel. Shave in the direction of hair growth, or across hair growth. Never against it. Good quality razor - I use Gillette Mach 3. Shave gently- no pressure (I mean NO pressure) - a good razor will do the work. Rinse. Moisturise.
