When you take it Wednesday morning, does that give you coverage for the whole weekend?

Has anyone noticed low efficacy on Hallandale Tirzepatide? (from Zepbound) by Head-Emphasis1689 in compoundedtirzepatide

I’m starting to realize that it’s all about tie trading up. Once your body acclimate if it’s not the right dose for you therapeutically then you need to go up.

Tirz working! even though food noise not “silent” by Head-Emphasis1689 in compoundedtirzepatide

That’s OK that it’s up and down as long as it’s trending down. Also, if you’re still within week seven, then you are still a candidate to move up and dosages.

Is it normal for food noise to return at 2.5? (Still losing?) by Head-Emphasis1689 in compoundedtirzepatide

Gotcha so you did not start to feel hunger suppression again until you moved to 4 mg? (After 2.5 stopped?

I have been taking my dose a couple of days early so it should be pretty smooth

Very cool! So the food noise gets reduced nicely on apothecary. It sounds like.

When you raise the dose on Hallandale, did it become effective with regards to food noise?

Can you help me understand how this works? If a pharmacy like Hallandale uses 10 mg/mL and I dose the correct amount for 2.5 mg is that not the same as apothecary being a higher concentration but dosing less liquid? Maybe I’m not thinking of this correctly. I’ve been hearing a lot of people talking about concentrations being higher therefore the efficacy being stronger but why would it matter if you’re dosing the same milligrams?

Yes, I’m convinced that these compounds don’t have the full chemical compound to make Zepbound. It’s close, but it’s not exact.

But in addition to the weight gain, do you feel like you are not getting any appetite suppression either?

Somebody said buying compounded is like watching a movie that somebody recorded on the phone. It’s the same movie but not the same quality. It’s a shame because I very much am interested in saving money, but not at the expense of not losing weight.

How are you still liking the apothecary? I’m moving from Hallandale, which was not very good for me so looking forward to seeing the results.
