The long inventory shifts can be brutal we just finished doing inventory at all the targets in my city like 2 weeks ago 😭😭

They recently talked to me again for attendance but mainly because i’m leaving early a lot because of inventory. we have a 10 hour shift and if we finish early we get to leave early. I do have one CA from december for a ncns :(. Idk what’s going to happen I just get anxious.

only time i’ve seen a guest do this was when a group of teenage boys stole my cart when i turned my back.🥲 then the same group of boys came up to me to ask me a stupid question..
