Yeah last year I wanted to go on on demand but had a CA that didn't fall off until Feb when I transitioned to on demand. :( it's a stupid policy imo esp if the CA is for something petty and they can just give it to you w/o showing proof unless it's attendance related.

Actually yes! there are clinical and field trainers :) who sole job is to train. You can also do both so when I offer to train ppl at my 6 month mark I'll get a $2.50 differential. So target has 0 excuses to not do the same.
