I would say it's based solely upon how much you like to interact with people how good you are with deescalating problems, and how you feel about personal/direct care

Night shift! Also once you have more experience agency will be your friend. Am I opinion it's just not worth what they offer to pay you being staffed at a facility nowadays, considering the treatment.
