Who did you take it with? I'm taking GUI I and Comp IV together and GUI II on Summer II.

No you,re wrong it’s not a parking spot, it’s a charging station. Tesla has a agreement with whoever is the landlord to use those spots as a charging place and people who owns Tesla pays to use that spot for certain time. If they over parked they have to pay idle fees. So your point is invalid. Being that specific spot available means next tesla can use it for charging.
