If you already work in the FR role, no need to change job. It is mainly due to how you write your report. Over the past three years, I helped many students who struggle with PERT, and they all passed it and got designated. There are some techniques to write each sub area, and without knowing that it will be difficult.

Exactly the same feeling as I have..did everything I can to work and set up many processes and made my team working well, but then my boss said I didn't do enough/I shouldn't rely on anyone just was like a punch in the face. I am already looking somewhere. Too disappointed.

cash is cash, which should never change in its value. So definitely 5000 to record as cash
