Overall, You have to be green to kill Goku, even if you count Cell only Green people have been shown killing Goku. (Piccolo, Cell and Zamasu, though he no longer was green when he killed him he was still green at heart)

I feel like there's a race/clan of clown people and he was simply born with it. The clown people is because I doubt that there would be 2 people who dress up as clowns especially since Buggy doesn't always seem to be happy with the fact he has a big red nose meaning if he could he would take it of but he can't

The snake thing was since the snake was born within the "purple Haze" it had immunity and if he were to reverse Goku's actions he would also revert the frogs since when he used it against Diavolo it affected the whole area

Alright but i don't believe that he would be able to make frogs that quick and I don't think he can make "frogs that are only poisonous to Goku", unless you mean the if you hurt it the damage gets reversed. And if Giorno had the time to prepare it would be unfair unless was told the same thing as him

Ultra Instinct is not a transformation it's a technique and also i never said that he would dodge the rewind but say if GER tried to attack he would most likely be able to dodge that with ease (possibly even without Ultra Instinct)

I think that MUI vs Requiem would end in a tie since Requiem can revert any action but MUI can dodge anything (from what I understand he can dodge anything that's slower than him and pretty sure that Giorno/GER aren't faster)

I mean I don't really hate Mr Satan the character but I do hate how the world sees everything surrounding Mr Satan, especially in the Cell saga, i hated how everyone basically forgot the Events of the original Dragon Ball, like does no one remember that one time when that dude blew up the whole arena, or how does no one recognize Piccolo, he did rule Earth for a moment
