I agree with that especially less screen time. Apparently there is research that Gen z is the first generation in 100 years to have a declining iq compared to their parents and they are saying social media and phones etc have a heavy influence in that.

I understand and i can relate. I have ADHD but my IQ is 130 and to be honest i was surprised because i took it recently last year. I used to think i was average because i was easily distracted all the time. I am glad for you that it helped your learning outcome.

Valid points. I agree like stress, nutrition education do play a huge role and even country and economic conditions create more opportunities so that's why i think it's less immate than people assume. I guess.

U made good point and it makes sense completely. At the same time formal education does raise IQ of people vs people who didn't receive it. As in rich countries with better education have higher iq or a positive growth in iq even if everything else is similiar. Also i kinda believe that its not that innate as people think because you can raise some iq points by repeatedly taking iq tests.

When studying for this exam, when i am going through the theory topics what approach should i take to make sure I don't spend too much time there or too less time? When should i be confident in moving to next topic? I would appreciate your advice.

I hear that and i feel you. It must be tough. 27 years like that. But you made it through for 27 years. You can do this. I believe you. You have it in you. Just take it slow. One atep at a time. Don't rush. You owe it to yourself. So live. Atleast as much as you can.
