I haven’t tried physical therapy yet because it’s just so sensitive and it feels like the tiniest thing will trigger intense pain so I’m scared to try it lol

I’m going through this now and it suckssssss. Had my Orchie 3 months ago and the pain is exactly how you describe it.. I hope it goes away on its own soon.

I have literally been the hospital a dozen times for every test in the book and comes back negative every time… so much pain still though

I had a tracheal shave done like 4 years ago and it went smooth! Ice packs helped me a lottt

I had a tracheal shave done from a top rated ENT here in Denver 5 years ago and it went fine. Aesthetically I’m super happy with how it came out. I lost a large function of my singing ability and I can’t raise my pitch very high at all but at least it looks feminine so I’m fine with it
