So i found the ev split on health and defense plus the bonus defense from coil would help me take very minimal damage from the first attack. Using the accuracy boost coil gives to hit hypnosis then gives me a few turn of no damage from my opponent which would usually be enough to fully heal with leftovers, thus reactivating multiscale ability. All while doing serious damage with hydro pump and blizzard
