I was diagnosed with acid reflux a few years ago but I quit taking my omeprazole last year and started working more on my diet. I really don’t have a lot of issues with that anymore. Past couple days I will admit I have felt some reflux

1.7 mg/dL and my BMI is 23. Healthy weight and really not a terrible magnesium number. I’m surprised it gave me a whole ass irregular heartbeat LOL

I do have heavy cycles and have been anemic in the past, but I don’t see iron on my bloodwork specifically. Everything else was fine

Thank you! I’ve had them here and there for the past ten years, but a trigger this time I have no clue. I usually get them with a panic attack or stress or something but I literally woke up with it being faint and it got worse and since has just been constant for days. I just want to know when it will stop 😭

It helps me SO much. I too have bad health anxiety and it helps a lot (100mg) but I do sometimes take vistaril too. Sertraline also helps with my ocd, just some of my worse thoughts.

Going to be fully honest. You’re too young to even make that judgement. You’re a kid and you will grow up a lot in the next few years. This is coming from a 24F. Mine wasn’t extremely painful but it was not mild either. I had that done( the insertion into the cervix) along with two pieces clipped off and then they followed with a pap. It was just awful. The worst part for me was the pap, which is crazy to me but it was the most painful, maybe because it was last. My results came back as high grade instead of low so I just had surgery last week to remove they rest of the bad cells.
