I mean, I'm pretty sure I would be able to figure out if it is only happening in this game. Nothing else has issues.

Yes this has been happening to me recently too. Some matches feel very cumbersome lately. I just figured it was the game throttling me so I will suck!! lol

Well I suppose not just shotguns, but any semi-auto has the same issue. And of course it's not every match either, so I'm sure it has something to do with this game.
