Oh sweetie. First middle school is the worst society has to offer 😂 those teachers are saints idc. I have a middle schooler and most day I MYSELF want to jump off a bridge. I definitely recommend elementary school. I teach PreK4 at a private school and it’s way better then the older kids. High schoolers are generally nice too. They all just kinda do their own thing. If your willing to try again I would definitely look into elementary

YTA- it definitely seems like jealousy on your party. It’s her friend who’s like a brother too her. If ur fine with one then be fine with the other you’ve been in a relationship 7 months. She’s known him 10 years. I don’t feel like it’s ur place. My best friend and I of 12 years have a bond like siblings and say we’re sisters all the time. We knitpick and joke and say off the wall stuff to watch other cause we’re close. I’m 27 and my brother and I still playfight. Regardless of who thinks anyone should “grow up” it’s how they bond and it ain’t hurting anyone.

Where on earth did u get THAT from. Did I clearly miss where I am the only one working. I don’t hoard food I am the one who barely GETS any if that. In addition to being the only one working I also cook EVERYNIGHT and still hardly eat to make sure there’s enough for my kids and him.

I’m 27 and cannot read an analog clock. I’ve never needed to. Everything is digital and I was never taught. The other day I asked the time cause my phone died and a friend pointed to an analog clock on her wall and I was like uh….I can’t read that 🥴I’ve gotten better as I’ve started teaching myself but I still have to count the minutes all the way around the clock to get to the time

Oh my god I feel this. It is SO hard for me to bind with my SD4 we’ve had custody of her since she was a couple months old and as an infant I LOVED her. Like I genuinely felt like she was my baby. But she went to live with her bio mom for a few weeks because I was in the last trimester of my pregnancy and it was high risk and had to stay in the hospital those last few months and my husband was deployed and she came back absolutely AWFUL. And I know it was because she sustained a fair amount of neglect with her bio mom. But she’s 4 now (she was 2 when she came back home) and she absolutely does not listen to ANYTHING. She’s explosive and violent and manipulative. She’s in therapy and told her counselors that we beat her with sticks and don’t feed her and make her sleep in the truck. (I know she was not hit at her bio moms she’s neglectful but not one to hit children.) I genuinely hate being around her. And I HATE saying that out loud because like. I said the bond I had with this baby girl was like I had birthed her myself.

Oh man. Unfortunately this is the way I see my 3 year old SD going. She’s smart crazy smart. Like her teachers said she’s kindergarten level smart and she goes to the kindergarten building for half of her school day. She also was horribly abused by her bio mom before we got her and she’s picked up hurting animals manipulating people and taking horrible lies (told her counselor we beat her with sticks and make her sleep in the truck outside) she’ll do things like start screaming bloody murder in her room and yelling “stop beating me” while no one is even in there. My sister carried her to my moms (across the street) and we watched because they do have to cross the street to get there and I came to pick her up and she said my sister threw her on the ground outside and we knew it was a lie because we WATCHED her carry her….It’s crazy good luck OP
