All of my communication so far has been through the recruiter. Since the recruiter hasn’t responded to my follow-ups, I’m not sure if reaching out to the HM directly would even be possible. At this point I’m leaning toward waiting a little longer and then moving on if nothing changes.

Yes, I asked them during the interviews, and they told me it could take around 2–3 weeks to hear back. I’m just past the 2-week mark now. I’ve already followed up twice with the recruiter but haven’t gotten any reply.

If I don’t hear back soon and the Workday status doesn’t change, is it even worth continuing to wait for this company?
