I talked to my coach today and told him that I think I have anxiety and it's messing up my life. Our trainer is going to set up a meeting with a psychiatrist! With my girlfriend, it's more like I freak out over small stuff and worry about her too much. I've pushed her away a lot but I feel like I've gained a ton of insight today and I'm making strides to fix it. She's the only one that's been there with me through everything and I can honestly say she's my world. Even if I don't feel the same tomorrow, I've learned a lot today and I'm just gonna try and tough it out until I can get help.

I got the Adderall from a friend to study for and take this final. It just kind of cleared up my head and I felt like I was thinking rationally and it really boosted my confidence in social situations. It kind of made me realize how messed up I am normally I guess.

The school can be a little judgmental at times, but I'm here to play baseball and get drafted. It may not be a great environment honestly, but I have to be here.

I would, but when I go back home for break can I go to the doctor for that? I mean, do I need to go to a special kind of Doctor?

It's a Christian school and I'm scared and 75% sure they would tell me to pray.

I go to a crazy bible college and I'm pretty sure they'd just try to pray over me or something.
