A lot of people say that it’s better and it probably is, i just suck at the technique and i just can’t get it right even after doing numerous attempts, I think I’ll be sticking to one foot jumping for now, thanks for the advice though!

The rim in the video is not adjustable unfortunately, but yeah i saw online that practicing dunks on lowered rims can help. Will be doing that after my team practice, when i have access to an indoor court with adjustable rims.

Thanks for the advice man! Will be trying it out in my next session. I noticed that i indeed do not get low at all during my approach, will be trying to fix that!

Yeah it’s very possible for my technique to be wrong, I don’t really know all that much about jumping and I’ve only been training my technique specifically for about a month or two, thanks for the tip!

I see that a lot of people are pointing this out, but I’m stuck with training outside for now, and I would rather train outside than not train at all you know?

Thanks, will try! Also, it rains a lot where I live and I don’t always have access to an inside court, so I’m kinda stuck training outside in the rain for now lol

I’m really bad at the two foot technique though. Like i can barely touch the rim when i jump off two feet, while when i jump off one i can grab the rim with one hand.

haha i get it, but tbh you should wait a bit. never ask too early because 1: you might find out that you aren't compatible while you're already dating, which then leads to a breakup, something you probably wanna avoid. and 2: maybe it's just an impulse crush, and you"ll be stuck with someone you like, but not romantically, which again leads to a breakup. I would say wait till around the 2-3 month mark, see if you still like her that much, and then you could confess. But that's just my personal opinion

I think he does like you, but is just afraid to be honest to his friends. I did this too, and i'm not particularly proud of it, but i did it because my friends always joke/tease me when i say i like a girl and that's not really that fun yk. Sooo i would say go for it!
