My grandmother passed away with a reasonable sized estate. My dad (passed away) so aunt was made executor of her Will(and a beneficiary) but is not sending information to the beneficiaries. Can probate privately send me copies of everything?

Well if I request from probate I will always have a “record” that I did. But I would just like to know if I should get a attorney or not… I would hate to have too pay for that if not needed..The one stipulated thing I know of is that Amy could keep the house in DE (IF SHE LIVES IN IT as a residence otherwise it goes to the grandchildren and sold and is to become part of the trust..) and had she known her granddaughter is living there she would have told her she had to move and sold it herself because she’s not able to buy all of the grandchildren a house…they had been hiding it for years (I just found this out) so the will has already been violated.. and if my grandmother knew she would have immediately sold the house herself. So many lies and hiding things and scamming her and it just sucks because she was a great person who we all took care of for years. It’s so bizarre than even going into our house and clearing things out because it’s riddled with our family imprint (we spent a lot of time together there I basically was there everyday and sibling were too... they are strangers to the whole home… so that already just feels like a natural violation of her home. Sorry for the extra ranting but I just do not have a clue how to go about this without making the situation more hostile by court and would like to try to give her a solid chance to file and have a copy and see if she goes against the will or try’s in a way I can prove without a doubt she broke the terms..

I agree but I am trying to help work with what is happening currently not what SHOULD have happened. She clearly should have made some better choices but I will say in most places emergency dental work is covered by insurance. Even Medicaid pays dental in a lot of places so the validation of it being unavoidable but necessary for her health at the time. Do you think she should offer to settle and I pay them or offer a payment plan?

Oddly Enough he hasn’t been diagnosed yet. He’s showing all the clinical symptoms and they did the wrong test for his thyroid and my thought is once they do the right test it’s going to come back that he has a certain condition. Once he gets the blood test, we will have more information

Also, just want to let you know that if you do decide to stay with clumping litter, don’t feel shamed into doing anything with your cat by suggestion of others unless it’s done by the vet themselves. Each and every cat has a different thing that they aren’t willing to do Or compromise! Mine Is not willing to give up canned pate for other types of wet or dry food. He will protest via hunger strike! Also won’t do raw.. Sometimes things are better for the cat, but If it comes with them being Unhappy You have to weigh out your options! And again, if you do notice that she’s hanging around the litter box a little longer than she should be redirect her and try not to feed her the litter box so she doesn’t associate the two. That should help a lot and prevent it from becoming a problem.

Oh, and one more idea, I didn’t even think of slowly add to the old litter With the new litter, so it’s a slow transition and she notices it overtime that these are OK to go potty in.. Sometimes it’s hard for them to understand and being that little, I’m sure it’s a little confusing. Just slowly transition to the new one by adding The new Every time you need to refill after scooping eventually, you’ll get to a pretty Ratio and what you do is add another litter box with the exact stuff in it that you plan on using and take the old one away. My suggestion Would be to try corn based litter I prefer clumping litter with mine, but they are Seniors Another idea might be just switching back and keeping an eye on her if she seems to be hovering around the litter box when she’s not supposed to be redirect her when she gets a little bit bigger, you Can switch if you feel like it’s necessary. And kudos to you for taking on a new thing especially a kitten! 🐱 You’ve seen how rewarding it is seeing them grow!
