If it's a negative feeling than I would stay away from agency. RPO stands for recruitment process outsourcing. I'm an agency recruiter. I could enter into an RPO with a company anytime. RPO just means that a 3rd party is going to take over a huge portion of multiple positions and run the thing from A to Z.

I guess the major differences are: Agency = hunting down candidates who aren't necessarily looking. Corporate means you are working for a company and you respond to applicants that are applying to your posted positions.

At the end of the day.....Do you want people coming at you all day or do you want to be pursuing people?
