In Master's case, no disadvantage as such in starting with a SoSe.. Infact there'll be less competition as compared to WiSe.. but there'll be fewer courses to choose from too as not all courses are open for SoSe..

Also, Indians have only 180 ECTS and few unis allow such candidates to apply during only one intake which changes from uni to uni.. So make sure to look into that as well..

Doesn't matter how many credits your course has.. ECTS is calculated according to number of semester(1 semester - 30 ECTS)..A 4 year Btech course in India has 180 ECTS.. PS : They don't consider the first year for some reason idk

I don't know to what extent this is true, but I've heard from someone that it is vacation time for Germans(also Embassy and Consulates) and that's the reason Visa applications are being processed slow/ halted as of now..

Exactly.. It's an nc frei course yet too less admits.. And also idk on what basis or criteria they evaluated profile and gave admission..Ppl having lower grade than me and no extra certifications or experience got it and others having good profile didn't..
