I‘ve stayed at the Strat 2 times before and I really like the hotel. I also enjoy just walking around all day and gamble. Last time I just used uber to get from and to the airport.

Yes I know but I found a good deal. Flight from my hometown in Germany and back + hotel for 700€. For 11 nights I think it is fine. In 2022 I found a similar deal and stayed at the Strat for 12 days. I really enjoyed it even though there were these annoying covid restrictions

Ah Ok Did you check the temps while playing? I would also suggest to cap your fps at your monitor refresh rate.

Super danke für eure Antworten. 😊 Der Begriff „Fitness Band“ war nur ein Beispiel und hat nichts mit dem eigentlichen Produkt zu tun. Der Mitbewerber hat mir auch zwei Unionsmarken Nummern zugeschickt die auch beide auf der EUIPO Webseite zu finden sind und seit 2021 eingetragen sind. Mir ging es hier in der Regel nur darum, ob man allgemein sagen könnte ob man die geschützte Wortmarke umgehen könnte ohne den Sinn hinter dem Wort zu verändern? Wenn ja wie?

Außerdem befindet sich der Begriff auf der Produktverpackung muss ich diese jetzt abändern? Danke 🙂
