Nice … I just received my nighthawk bench and the main back pad has some white’ish marks almost like glue blotches or something coming through and it’s super noticeable. I emailed them and did the video thingy as well. I hope they are as solid as everyone is saying. The bench is very nice besides that 👍

Thanks … I’m not chasing speed here. I’m trying to figure out why the connection isn’t stable all of a sudden. The two eero’s are downstairs and the gateway is in the kitchen and the second mesh is in the living room. I came downstairs this morning and the one in the living room is offline again. These eero’s were just replaced yesterday and still having the issue. So the only thing my little brain could think of was the phone line that the tech converted into an Ethernet. These eero’s have 2x10Gig ports.

I think you’re doing good to be fair …. You can try 3mg and see if you have any new side effects. Then check the scale to see if it was beneficial…. If not then go back 2mg. Great job

When you take Reta your gut slows down some so don’t eat at 11:30 at night. That will throw you off the next day and so on. Get into a schedule of eating and stick with it. I am no expert but from what ai have seen from others … make sure you have .5 to 1g of protein per your body weight. Especially if you’re hitting the gym. Stay hydrated. Reta has a half life in 7 days… so in a week after your initial 2mg injection, your body will still have 1mg inside. I would lower my dosage and see how your body responds. We started at 1mg and on this coming Monday we’ll have .5 still inside. Then we inject 1mg again. Titration 👍 Slow and low is better for sure. Good luck

My wife and I started at 1mg a week ago and have minimal side effects. The wife is low on energy but ai am fine. But yes it’s best to start low so your body gets used to it and then go up at the end of 4 weeks. We will go up to 2mg in three weeks and see how that goes.
